崗位職責：?教育背景和工作經驗?：質量部長本科及以上學歷，主修質量管理、統計學、法律等相關專業。同時，需要至少五年的質量管理相關工作經驗，有外資企業或大型民營企業工作經驗者優先?
1、技能要求?：熟悉質量管理體系，具備豐富的質量管理和監督經驗；具備較強的溝通、協調、組織能力；具備優秀的分析判斷能力和解決問題能力?
2、此外，還需要掌握產品檢驗程序制定技巧，熟悉產品制作工藝流程和產品合格驗收標準?
3、素質要求?：責任心強，工作細致，具備較強的團隊合作精神和領導力；能夠帶領團隊應對各種挑戰?，需要具備良好的中英文溝通能力，能夠熟練撰寫質量管理報告和英文郵件?
